HOTELS

The hotels listed below hold rooms with preferential rates for Catch the Fire Toronto. All rates quoted are for 2012, are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes (13%). All hotels include: Wireless Internet Acces, a Gym, and Airport Shuttle Service. Rooms should be booked at least one month before each conference to ensure availability, and must be secured with a credit card or advance deposit. Cancellations must be received before 4pm on the day of arrival to avoid billing.

A complimentary shuttle service to the church is provided by Catch the Fire Toronto during certain conferences. It leaves the hotels in the mornings and returns after the evening meetings. This shuttle service is a voluntary service that is provided to us by an outside company, which is only confirmed approximately two weeks prior to the conference and is then posted at our partnering hotels. Donations are accepted for this service.
