Pre-registration and early bird rates need to be paid upon registration (by a credit card). If you are paying by cheque, it needs to be received by us in advance of the early bird end date or the current price will apply. All on-site registrations will be subject to the price being charged that day. Registrations will be not be refunded after the first conference session. Requests for registration cancellations MUST be received in writing prior to the start of the conference and a $25 CDN/USD cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. Meal Plan cost is only refunded if cancellation request is received 15 days before the conference.
Translation headsets are available at a rental charge of $25 CDN/USD and MUST be ordered 3 weeks in advance of the conference.
The 15% discount applies for your conference registration only. You are asked to bring your World Changer membership card with you for identification, both for onsite registration, and for purchases in the Catch the Fire Toronto Resource Centre. Replacement wristbands can be purchased for $5 at the Welcome Desk. Conference seating is available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved overnight unless otherwise indicated. Reserved seating is available for those with special needs. Please make your request at least a week in advance of the conference start date. Single day and single session rates are available upon arrival if there is space available. Because we cannot guarantee on-site availability, we recommend early registration. Our Catch the Fire Toronto Resource Centre is open during designated hours. Please take note of the hours that are posted outside of the bookstore.
