We have an awesome team of trained children's workers who volunteer their time and give freely of themselves to minister to the children on Sunday mornings. Our desire is to partner with parents and Holy Spirit to impart the heart of Father God to each child. On Sunday mornings children are released after worship to their respective children’s ministry areas where they are greeted by our warm, friendly leaders. Darrin and Daphne have been on the pastoral staff at TACF since 1999. They are lively and energetic children’s pastors with four amazing kids of their own. They also oversee the senior’s ministry at TACF.
lmauro@catchthefire.com Lesley is an incredible asset as the Children's Ministry Pastoral Assistant and Administrator. Together with her husband Rick, they have three great kids. All of their lives have been impacted by Holy Spirit and God's love since joining the church in 1994. Lesley's involvement with Children's Ministry started with volunteering in the preschool department and then being part of our Kids' Camp staff. Lesley's life has been transformed by the Father's love, she has a passion to see children impacted by the revelation that they are sons and daughters of the King! She loves to encourage children in hearing God's voice and the prophetic. She has an intercessor's heart and loves spending time soaking! Lesley helps plan and organize all our events that are kids and family focused. She also oversees our ministry to babies on Sunday mornings and mentors the volunteer team.
jdunbar@catchthefire.com We are very blessed to have Jo interning with us in children’s ministry this year! During the week she is involved in several ‘behind-the-scenes’ aspects of the ministry. Jo will be overseeing our ministry to the Flight Krew children (Grades 1-6). Jo is originally from the UK where she taught high school for five years before serving as a missionary at a children’s centre in Uganda. It was there on the banks of the Nile that she first encountered the TACF core values and began a journey into the heart of the Father - as well as learning essential life skills like how to cook grasshoppers! Jo came to the School of Ministry in September 2008 and will never be the same! During the school God brought deep healing and refreshing and reawakened her passion for children. Jo’s desire is to see children loved, equipped and set free at a young age to be released into the full, victorious life their Father has for them.
